You must know how to grill the meat weather from G or from a store. Don’t blame the farmer, when it’s the operator. I’m a cook and the meat is amazing every time.

I enjoy getting the beef from them, it is like Christmas come multiple times throughout the year. Sometimes they show up and say they have extra if we want to purchase. We got a huge brisket with the last order and it was amazing.

Willy delivered our 1/8 of a cow and put it in our freezer himself and sorted and stacked it as he thought we’d eat it. The meat is delicious and we are already planning to get in another cowpool when we need more.
