This week I learned about the 2nd secret of creating a raving fan. That secret is “discover what your customer wants” once you do this you can off the perfect service that meets both your passions and your customers needs.

What have I learned

This week I learned that hard work comes easy and easy work come hard. What I mean by this is you must put in the hard work before you can be rewarded with the easy work. This is not always true but it is good to remember anytime you feel like your too good for the work you are doing.

What have we done this week

At Gfarms we have been trying to stay ahead of the rain with all the bailing we have been doing. So this week we have been bailing at fire wheel mall in garland.
